SSS Virtual Learning Environment

Our Virtual Learning Environment has been produced with usability as its key feature.

Its low cost makes it a viable option for small training organisations,schools and colleges. It can be hosted using your current hosting facility, or we can provide a fully hosted arrangement for you on a low annual fee basis.

Why not use Moodle?

Whilst Moodle is free and very widely used, it is complex with many features that most users ignore.

In practice, this means that at least one member of staff needs 'expert' knowledge to implement and manage Moodle. Users can find it intimidating because 'there is too much going on'.

SSSVLE on the other hand has been developed as a simple, easy to use application. It contains the features needed to deliver learning and to assess understanding using multiple-choice tests and uploaded assignment work. There's no steep learning curve!

The system may be used by anyone having normal transferable skills gained from general software use, i.e. Microsoft Office applications, etc.
